Fendi is an Italian luxury fashion house founded in Rome in 1925, initially specializing in fur and leather goods. Led by the Fendi sisters and later by creative director Karl Lagerfeld, who was appointed in 1965. Additionally Lagerfeld introduced the iconic "Double F" logo and the luxurious fur designs that have became synonymous with Fendi. During its initial introduction, the now iconic Baguette bag became a global sensation, symbolizing Fendi's trendsetting status.
