Returns and Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of the vintage items we sell, all sales are final. Customers are encouraged to submit all inquiries via our email: contact@icarus-vintage.com. Additionally, you can reach us by using our submission box on our contact page or via direct message on Instagram @icarus_vintage.
Damages and issues
All items are thoroughly and accurately documented in their respective listings. If any further clarity is needed in terms of the fit or condition of an item please email us at: contact@icarus-vintage.com before purchasing. Additionally, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. All purchases come with tracking.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The above policy is firm, however exceptions are made on a case by case basis. We aim to provide positive experiences and purchases so if you have any issues or concerns please email us.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item of equal or lesser value please contact us within 7 days of receiving your original purchase with your name, order number, and reason for exchanging.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
As stated above, due to the unique nature of the vintage goods we offer, all sales are final, and thus we cannot offer any refunds. To email us about an exchange please see the above section on exchanges.
